🏳️ George Slyman

George Slyman is a club-level driver; his rating of 921 places him in the developing to early club range, describing a competitor racing occasionally in regional and local fields. His career spanned from 2012 to 2023 across two series, accumulating 6 starts in the SCCA Regionals and a single appearance in American Endurance Racing. He scored one podium finish in the Regionals across five attempts and did not win a race.[1]

Slyman's record against his peers shows a mixed picture. He finished ahead of Michael Farinacci in three of four meetings and Dan Kite in all three of their encounters, but trailed Chris Clarke and Humberto Porrata more often than not. Most notably, he twice beat Nick Leverone, a 2023 SCCA Regionals SM champion and 2025 SCCA Majors STL champion competing at semi-professional level; he also finished ahead of Kaia Teo, an FIA Silver graded driver, and professional-level competitor Tommy Byrne on single occasions. These were isolated results rather than patterns of dominance, and his average finishing position of 14th across all starts reflects a career spent in mid-pack or lower finishes in club-level competition. He has now retired from racing.
