Hiroki Otsu is a Japanese racing driver whose single seater career has included appearances in Super Formula, Japan's premier open wheel category. He has also been active in Super GT, competing with ARTA, and has taken on additional Super Formula outings as a substitute driver, experience that has broadened his exposure to top level Japanese motorsport machinery. His racing background reflects a career built within the domestic Japanese scene, where he has worked to establish himself among the country's competitive pool of single seater talent.[1]
