Jeff Perine is a developing driver with a Racer Rating of 722, placing him among drivers in the earliest stages of competitive racing. This rating describes club and regional racing; a driver with very limited race experience or one consistently finishing at the back of club fields.[1]
Perine has completed three starts across SCCA club racing between 2022 and 2025. He has not yet scored a podium finish or won a race. His average finishing position is P7.3, indicating mid-field results in small fields. His sole regular rival in the database is Dinah Weisberg, a developing driver whom Perine has encountered in three shared races without finishing ahead of her in any of them. Perine has beaten two drivers with slightly stronger records, Mary Hartman and Mark Peyser, once each, though these instances represent isolated results rather than a pattern of sustained competitiveness against stronger opposition.
Perine remains active in SCCA Regionals as of 2025. His record shows he is still accumulating racing experience at the club level with minimal competitive results to date.
