Jonathan Kitchen is a developing driver with a Racer Rating of 1,030, placing him at the entry level of competitive racing. This is his first season on record, with a single start to his name in vintage racing competition.[1]
Kitchen's sole outing came in the 2026 Velocity Invitational, where he drove a 1969 Brabham BT29 and finished 68th in a 40-car field. Despite the modest classification, he managed to finish ahead of several drivers with established competitive records, including Dave Sweeney (1,130), Tony Garmey (1,115), Rodney Grabinski (1,026), and George Widich (1,016), each by a single result. With only one race to assess, these individual performances cannot yet demonstrate a pattern, but they suggest Kitchen was competitive within his field on debut.
Kitchen remains active in racing and, given the headline references to vintage racing events and the historic machinery in his record, appears to be engaged in the vintage and classic car racing community. His limited data means his true competitive level remains to be established through further racing.
