Lorne D. Fritz is a developing driver racing in SCCA national championships, competing in the EP class of heavily modified production sports cars in multiclass sprint events across the United States. His racing spans the SCCA Regionals and Majors series from 2021 onward.[1]
Fritz has taken four podiums from eight career starts. His indexed racing began with two Majors starts in 2021, then moved to the Regionals series from 2023 onward, where he has scored all four of his podiums. In the current 2026 Regionals season, still in progress, he holds 15th in the championship standings after two rounds, with two podiums so far.[2]
The Regionals grid regularly mixes amateurs and semi-professionals with graded professionals in a 25-class multiclass field. Fritz has finished ahead of Mark Mcallister and Peter A.J. Tonelli, both developing drivers with greater experience in the series.
