Markus Flasch is a competitive amateur, FIA Bronze graded, who raced in national German endurance championships. He competed for Adrenalin Motorsport Team Motec in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, a multiclass championship where shared cars run alongside one another across 15 classes, and made one appearance in the Nürburgring 24 Hours. He drove BMW one-make cup cars in the Cup 5 class and near-standard turbocharged production cars in the VT2 and VT2 Hecka 4WD classes.[1]
Over three seasons from 2021 to 2023, Flasch made six starts in endurance racing. His record against the field came primarily in the Langstrecken-Serie, where he raced repeatedly against Daniel Zils, a three-time VT2 champion and entry-level professional; Flasch typically finished behind him. Flasch finished ahead of Sven Markert, the four-time BMW M240i champion in the series, once across their meetings.[2]
Flasch operated in a field of established national endurance regulars and titled drivers. He sat mid-field in this company, occasionally ahead of drivers with championship credentials but consistently behind the series' strongest performers, and has not raced since 2021.
