Michael Holman is a developing driver competing in club-level racing. His Racer Rating of 1,338 places him at the entry end of competitive amateur racing, a category that encompasses club and regional competitors still building experience and consistency.[1]

Holman completed his first season of racing in 2025, contesting 14 rounds of SCCA Regionals with seven podium finishes and an average result of fourth place. His record shows mixed performance against the field. Against Ryan Creaturo, a driver at the developing level, Holman established clear superiority, finishing ahead in all 11 races they shared. He showed occasional capability against stronger opposition; he beat Keith Knickerbocker, a previous SCCA Regionals SM2 champion, twice in 11 meetings and topped Pratt Tanner three times in six races. However, his overall head-to-head record against the established field was largely unfavorable. Anthony Bogue, the 2025 SCCA Regionals SM2 champion, finished ahead of Holman in 13 of their 13 shared races, illustrating the gap between his current level and the series' top competitors.

At one season in, Holman remains in the early stages of his racing career. His podium consistency suggests he is competitive enough to run in the upper half of club fields, but the pronounced disparity against titled and experienced opposition indicates that further development is required before he operates as a competitive force among the series' front-runners.
