Robert Brooks, a French driver from Reims, is in his first season of racing competition. He holds a Racer Rating of 927, placing him at club level; this represents a driver new to organised racing, still developing consistency and pace against established fields. His 2025 campaign in the SVRA comprised four starts with an average finishing position of 14th, reflecting the learning curve typical of a driver in their opening season.[1]

Brooks has shown occasional flashes against more experienced competitors. He finished ahead of Jack Switzer, Ronald Pawley, Tim Bauder and Douglas Switzer in single instances, indicating he can run with drivers of stronger standing when circumstances align. However, his head-to-head record against regular rivals tells a different story. Against Paul Stubber, a semi-professional driver rated 1,774, Brooks finished behind him in all four shared races. He also ran behind Rick Ortman in three of four encounters, though he managed to beat Tyler Brooks in an evenly split two-two record across four meetings.
