Sam Higashi is a developing driver whose indexed racing career consists of a single season in NASA, a multiclass endurance championship run in the United States. Higashi raced a Honda in the Honda Challenge 1 class, competing in two rounds in 2003.[1]
Higashi finished ninth in the championship standings across the two races. Both outings put him ahead of Glen Kawano and Derek Stevens, rivals who would go on to accumulate considerably more starts in the series; Higashi beat each of them in both meetings.[2]
