Austin Wilkins competed in karting at the SKUSA SuperNationals level between 2015 and 2019, accumulating four starts across five seasons. His record yielded two podium finishes without a victory. Wilkins averaged a fourth-place finish across his classified starts, placing him in the competitive amateur band; his rating of 2,697 reflects a driver racing at the front of club-level competition against established semi-professional and professional fields.[1]
Against his most frequent rival, Hunter Pickett, Wilkins held a commanding 3–0 head-to-head record across three shared races. He also secured isolated top-finishes against several stronger drivers, including FIA Silver graded professionals Riley Dickinson and Trenton Estep, as well as professional-level drivers Ricardo Gonzalez and Salvador de Alba. These results suggest occasional competitive moments in stronger fields, though his limited race count and absence of sustained success against established professionals prevented a climb into the semi-professional tier.
Wilkins last raced in 2019 and is now retired from active competition.
