🇺🇸 Daniel Hanley

Daniel Hanley is an entry-level professional, FIA Silver graded, racing in national pro-am multiclass endurance series. He competes for Competition Motorsports in Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West and for Rockwell Autosport Development in IMSA Pilot Challenge, driving GT4 and TCR cars respectively. Earlier he raced for Hanley Motorsports in GT4 America, a shared-car silver-class driver in a field mixing amateurs with graded professionals.[1]

Hanley won the 2025 Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West championship, taking one win and four podiums across five rounds to lead the standings. His endurance career began in 2022 with a podium in NASA's Spec Miata class. He spent 2023 and 2024 in GT4 America silver, where he scored one win and four podiums from thirteen starts against a grid including established professionals and Gold-graded drivers; he has finished ahead of Kenton Koch, the 2025 GT4 America Silver champion, on three occasions. He is currently racing IMSA Pilot Challenge and McLaren Trophy America in 2026, taking a win in his four McLaren Trophy starts.[2]

In a multiclass endurance field anchored by graded professionals, Hanley regularly finishes behind Koch and fellow Silver-graded driver Zac Anderson, whom he meets most often. He has beaten Koch three times across shared-car races and took one win over Tyler Maxson, a Porsche Carrera Cup NA champion, in endurance competition.
