Fraser Wellon raced in a developing capacity in PCA Club Racing, a national multiclass amateur-to-professional championship where six classes of Porsche and other machinery share the track. He drove a Porsche in the series' C class over two seasons from 2004 to 2005.[1]
Wellon took three podiums across eight starts in the series and finished 25th in the 2005 championship standings. His racing was confined to PCA Club Racing; he did not move into other series during his active career.[2]
He raced regularly against Dennis O'Keefe and Manny Alban, developing drivers with similar experience in the same championship, and finished ahead of them on occasion. He also beat Andy Wilzoch, a semi-professional Bronze-graded driver who went on to compete in GT America, once during their time racing together in PCA Club Racing. Wellon retired after 2005.
