🇺🇸 Andy Wilzoch

Andy Wilzoch is a semi-professional racing driver who competed primarily in PCA Club Racing, a national multiclass championship mixing amateur and professional entrants. He raced Porsches in the C, GTA and GTA1 classes across 14 seasons from 2004 to 2018, then stepped up to GT America in 2023 to drive a GT3 Porsche for Flying Lizard Motorsports in the SRO3 class. He holds an FIA Bronze rating, the amateur grade in endurance and sportscar racing.[1]

Wilzoch won 23 races and took 47 podiums across 98 starts. He captured the PCA Club Racing championship twice, in 2014 and 2016. His most consistent period came in PCA Club Racing, where he accumulated 23 wins and 45 podiums from 80 starts; his later move to GT America brought 18 starts with Flying Lizard in 2023, producing one win and two podiums across the multiclass grid before his retirement.[2]

In PCA Club Racing he regularly finished ahead of Eric Boueilh, a developing driver and 2008 PCA Club Racing GTA champion, while typically finishing behind Chip Romer, a club-level driver graded FIA Bronze who won the 2015 PCA Club Racing GTA2 title. He beat professional-level drivers on occasion, including Gold-graded Elliott Skeer once and Silver-graded IMSA Prototype Challenge champion Colin Thompson twice, though these remained exceptional results in a career spent primarily among semi-professional and club-level competition.
