Gennaro Bonafede is a Silver-graded endurance racing driver who competed in GT World Challenge Europe, a single-class championship that fields amateur, semi-professional and professional drivers in shared-car racing. His only indexed season came in 2019 with Boutsen Ginion Racing, where he took two starts in BMW M6 GT3 machinery.[1]

Bonafede's career on record consists entirely of that 2019 campaign, in which he finished 38th in the GT World Challenge Europe standings. His two appearances included a race at Kyalami in November 2019 as a co-driver in the nine-hour endurance event. Against an international field mixing established professionals with amateurs, he finished ahead of Jordan Pepper, an FIA Gold-graded driver with extensive GT World Challenge Europe and IMSA experience, and once beat Raffaele Marciello, the 2023 GT World Challenge Europe champion and a Platinum-graded professional.[2]
