Bua's racing record spans three seasons from 2008 to 2011, with 22 starts across that period. He took three wins and nine podiums in NASA competition. His final season in 2011 yielded one podium from five rounds, and he finished 40th in the championship standings. He has since retired from racing.[2]
His most regular opponents were Mike Plum and Mike Donahoe, both developing drivers with extensive NASA experience; he was closely matched with each of them across multiple meetings.
