🏳️ John Duckett

John Duckett raced in NASA, a multiclass national championship mixing amateur, semi-professional and professional drivers in the same races. He competed in the Legends Masters class, driving 5/8-scale 1930s-style coupes with motorcycle engines. He raced at a developing level, with a rating of 746.[1]

Duckett spent four seasons in NASA from 2006 to 2009, taking 29 starts and five podiums. In his final season, 2009, he finished fourth in the championship standings after taking three podiums across the six rounds raced. He drove for team 126785 for 21 of those starts.[2]

Duckett regularly raced against Rick Zollman and Steve Wilson, both established in the series; he typically finished behind them. He beat Steve Fensler Jr., a club-level driver with 35 NASA starts, once, and Mark Bailey, a competitive amateur, once across their meetings.
