Larry Meredith is a developing amateur racer who competed in NASA's multiclass endurance championship between 2005 and 2007. He drove a Legends Masters car, a 5/8-scale 1930s-style coupe with a motorcycle engine, for a small team operation across six starts.[1]
Meredith finished 27th in championship points in his final season of 2007, which comprised two of his six total starts on record. His NASCAR racing placed him among the lower finishers in his class against a mixed field of amateurs and semi-professionals. He typically finished behind his regular opponents Steve Kamisky and Robert Gayton, both developing drivers with substantially more starts in the series. He did beat Bobby Christensen, a competitive amateur with 57 NASA starts and Ferrari Challenge experience, on two occasions, and Mark Bailey once.[2]
