Liam McNeilly is a professional racing driver competing in single-seater championships in the United States and United Kingdom. He is at professional level, with a rating of 3,956. McNeilly has raced primarily in the GB4 and USF Juniors series, where he has been one of the stronger drivers on the grid, and more recently in USF2000 and GB3. His current team is Jay Howard Driver Development for USF2000 and Fortec Motorsports for GB3.[1]
Over three seasons McNeilly has won 12 races across four championships. His breakthrough came in 2023 with Fox Motorsport in GB4, where he took 2 wins and 11 podiums from 21 starts. In 2024 he moved to the United States, winning 5 races in USF Juniors and 5 in USF2000 across 23 starts, with 14 podiums combined. In 2025 he has competed in USF2000 and made a late-season move to GB3 with Fortec; across five USF2000 rounds completed so far he leads the championship with 5 wins from 5 starts and sits sixth in the season points.[2]
McNeilly has regularly finished ahead of Brady Golan and G3 Argyros, both semi-professional competitors with substantial single-seater experience. He has beaten Alex Ninovic, the 2025 GB3 champion and a professional with over 70 career single-seater starts; he has also raced against Deagen Fairclough, who won the 2024 British F4 title. His record in these encounters shows him competitive against established professional opposition, though limited in frequency.
