Marc Ulan is a developing amateur racer with a Racer Rating of 446, placing him at the entry level of competitive motorsport. His rating reflects minimal progression across a short career that has not produced wins or podium finishes in any series.[1]

Ulan raced in SCCA Regionals for two seasons from 2022 to 2023, accumulating 18 starts with an average finishing position of 11th. His head-to-head record against the field shows a mixed picture typical of a driver finding their feet at club level. He finished ahead of Mark Murphy on nine occasions across twelve shared races, establishing a clear competitive edge over that rival. However, his records against stronger drivers tell a different story. Against Thorsten Becker, a semi-professional rated 1,893, Ulan finished ahead only twice in twelve meetings; against Gerald Cohen and Pratt Tanner, he was outscored decisively across ten races each.
