Markus Löw was a club-level endurance driver competing in multiclass racing at the Nürburgring. He spent five seasons from 2020 to 2024 in shared-car endurance events, racing turbocharged production-based cars and near-standard production machinery in the Nürburgring 24 Hours and the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie for Rockstar Games By Viken Motorsport and Car #747.[1]
Across seven starts, Löw took one win and three podium finishes. His best result came in the Nürburgring 24 Hours, where he finished on the podium in his most recent outing in 2024 and claimed his sole victory during his time in the series. The Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie saw him make three appearances between 2021 and 2024 without a podium finish at that championship.[2]
In a field mixing amateurs and graded professionals, Löw typically finished ahead of fellow club and competitive amateur regulars such as Jürgen Huber and Dan Berghult, both of whom had substantially more experience at the Nürburgring venues. He also beat entry-level professional Peter Elkmann once and professional Bronze-graded Artur Goroyan once, though these remained isolated results against much stronger opposition.
