Markus Payne is a club-level driver whose recorded career consists of a single start at the 2008 SKUSA SuperNationals. His Racer Rating of 2,015 places him in the competitive amateur band, a level describing the front of club racing and entry-level pro-am competition. In his one appearance he finished seventh, beating drivers including Jake French, a competitive amateur himself, along with Kaylee Granberg and Alex Tartaglia, both also operating at that level. Cole MacEwen, finishing behind Payne in that race, would later progress to a substantially higher rating.[1]
