Martin Harvey is a semi-professional racing driver who competed in national-level Porsche club racing in the United States. He raced in PCA Club Racing across two Porsche classes from 2010 to 2015, then moved to the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge in 2016 driving for Wingho Racing. His career spans 16 starts across both series.[1]

Harvey took two wins in his 2016 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge campaign with Wingho Racing, which represented the peak of his racing record. His earlier PCA Club Racing seasons yielded three podiums from 14 starts. Against the regular opponents he faced most often, Shaun McKaigue and Mac McGehee, both semi-amateur level drivers, Harvey was closely matched. He beat entry-level professionals Alex Welch and Lucas Catania once each, though Welch had only 11 PCA starts at the time and Catania, more established with work in GT4 America and formula racing, had contested significantly more races.[2]

Harvey raced against fields that mixed competitive amateurs and semi-professionals with occasional entry-level professionals, a standard composition for both series. His two wins in a four-round GT3 Cup Challenge campaign suggest he was competitive in that field, though the limited data from his final season makes clear assessment difficult. He retired after 2016.
