Martin Harvey is a club-level driver whose rating of 1,147 places him in the developing category; this means he raced consistently but without the speed to establish himself among competitive amateur fields, let alone at higher levels. His career spanned six years and 16 starts across two series, from 2010 to 2016, and he is now retired from racing.[1]

Harvey spent five seasons in PCA Club Racing between 2010 and 2015, competing in a domestic one-make series against club-level and semi-professional drivers. He recorded three podiums across 14 starts but did not win; his average finish across the series was P6.8. His head-to-head record against rivals in that environment was mixed. He finished ahead of Shaun McKAIGUE, an FIA Bronze-graded driver, on three occasions but fell behind him six times in nine meetings; he also trailed Bill Peluchiwski, a 2013 PCA Club Racing GTC5 champion, in all four encounters. Against Bob Klaskin, a much weaker competitor, Harvey held a clear advantage, winning five of their six encounters. His strongest moment on record came in 2016, when he joined Wingho Racing for the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge. In just two starts, he won both races and recorded two podiums, a marked improvement that represented the peak of his racing career. The headlines suggest he may have continued in GT3 Cup competition into 2018 and 2019, but no official results appear on his record after 2016.
