Michael Barba is a developing driver racing in NASA, a national multiclass championship mixing amateur and professional entrants. He drives a spec BMW E46 3-series in the Spec E46 class and has completed five starts across two seasons, most recently in 2025.[1]

Barba finished 48th in the 2025 NASA championship standings after three rounds. His record places him among the less experienced competitors in a field that includes regular drivers with substantial NASA experience; his most frequent opponents, Casey Mashore and Steven Stepanian, have respectively 104 and 124 starts in the series, and Barba typically finishes behind both. He has finished ahead of Lucas Weisenberg, an entry-level professional graded by the FIA Silver and a driver with 43 NASA starts to his name, once across their meetings.[2]
