Mike Donofrio is a developing driver; his rating of 775 places him at the entry level of competitive racing, well below the threshold where drivers consistently beat semi-professionals. He has completed one season on record, comprising three starts in American Endurance Racing in 2025, and has not yet secured a podium finish or a win.[1]
Donofrio's results show him outpaced in a competitive field. Across his three races, he averaged a sixth-place finish and failed to score points. His head-to-head record against the drivers he has raced most frequently is heavily negative; he finished behind Mike Canfield, Tim Canfield, Randall Hawkins, David Newbern, and Mark Newbern in all three shared starts. He did beat Chris Rawlings, the 2025 American Endurance Racing Class 1 champion, once, and has isolated wins over three other drivers in single races, but these are single results in a small sample size and do not yet form a pattern of competitive strength. His current standing reflects a newcomer to professional-level endurance racing who is still finding his footing against established rivals.
