🏳️ Chris Rawlings

Chris Rawlings is a competitive amateur racing in a national multiclass endurance and sprint series. In endurance, he races production-based cars in American Endurance Racing's Classes 1, 2, and 4, sharing his car with co-drivers across the field that runs from club-level entrants to graded professionals. In sprint racing, he competes solo in NASA's Spec Miata class and in SCCA Regionals and Majors across Spec Miata, ITS, and SRF3 classes, driving a Mazda Miata in most of his racing.[1]

Rawlings has raced for five seasons across American Endurance Racing, NASA, and SCCA series. He won the 2025 American Endurance Racing championship with three wins and eighteen podiums from forty starts in that series. In SCCA Regionals, where he has taken the majority of his starts outside endurance racing, he has compiled two wins and twelve podiums from thirty-three starts. His solo sprint record across all series totals 75 starts with 8 wins and 25 podiums. In his current 2026 SCCA Regionals season, he sits third in the championship standings with two wins and eight podiums from twenty-five rounds run so far.[2]

Rawlings typically finishes mid-field against his regular competitors in SCCA Regionals, including the competitive amateur John Hotz and the club-level racer Michael LaMaina, whom he is closely matched with. He has beaten entry-level professionals including a NASCAR Truck driver and an FIA Silver-graded Porsche Cup competitor in isolated meetings. His record in American Endurance Racing, where he won the 2025 title, places him among the stronger finishers in a field mixing amateurs with graded professionals in the same race.
