Patrick Donnelly is a developing driver racing in SVRA, a national multiclass championship in which five classes share the track in single-driver sprint racing. He races the Group 9 class. His career on record spans two seasons from 2025 to 2026, with three starts to date.[1]
The 2026 season is still in progress. Donnelly currently sits 17th in the championship standings after the first round.[2]
In his limited racing against multiclass opposition, Donnelly has finished ahead of competitive amateurs including Steve Whitston, who was champion of both the 2024 SCCA Majors FE2 class and the 2025 SCCA Majors FV class, and Shane Kennett, who has raced extensively in SCCA Majors and Regionals alongside his SVRA starts.
