Ray Williams is a developing-level driver who raced in PCA Club Racing, a national multiclass championship in which Porsches compete across multiple classes on the same grid as amateur and professional drivers. He competed in the GTC3 and GTC4 classes between 2004 and 2015, accumulating 14 starts across that span and finishing 12th in the championship standings in his final season.[1]

Williams took one podium finish over his eleven years in the series. He typically finished behind regular opponents such as Matt Alexander, a club-level driver with 61 starts in PCA Club Racing, though he remained closely matched with Eric Boueilh, another developing driver with 140 starts in the series. He finished ahead of Doug Bielefeld, an entry-level professional with experience in both PCA Club Racing and IMSA WeatherTech, once across their meetings, and beat Bill Peluchiwski, a semi-professional competitor with 43 PCA Club Racing starts, twice.[2]
