Roy Fulmer IV is a semi-professional driver competing in national solo-sprint racing across multiple formats. His primary racing took place in NASA, a national multiclass championship where he drove Mazda MX-5 Miatas in spec trim and various production-based cars in Super Touring classes between 2014 and 2022. He also contested Trans-Am TA2, a national single-class series running tube-frame V8 silhouette cars, from 2020 to 2023, and made a single karting start at the SKUSA SuperNationals in 2013.[1]

Over eleven seasons and 101 starts Fulmer accumulated 28 wins and 47 podiums, the great majority from his extended NASA campaign where he took 28 wins and 47 podiums across 95 entries. His Trans-Am TA2 tenure comprised five starts across four seasons, finishing 25th in the championship standings in 2023 during his most active year in that series with two rounds completed. He was a regular competitor against developing-level drivers Tony Senese and Brett Cox in NASA and typically finished ahead of both. He beat the 2023 Trans-Am TA2 champion Brent Crews, an established professional, once across their encounters in that series.[2]
