Shawn Lawless is a retired racing driver who competed at the club level. His Racer Rating of 1,065 places him in the developing band; this represents a driver with limited racing experience and results at the entry end of competitive motorsport, racing in fields that do not meet the calibre of professionals.[1]
Lawless raced in a single season in 2016, competing in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo one-make series for Dream Racing Motorsports. Across two starts, he secured two podium finishes but did not win a race. His average finishing position of third across his classified starts reflects the consistency of those results. His only team, Dream Racing Motorsports, fielded three drivers in the index; its strongest was Lawrence Degeorge, rated at 3,654, a professional level driver considerably above Lawless's own standing.
