Toby Webb is a competitive amateur who raced in karting at the national level. His Racer Rating of 2,517 places him in the competitive amateur band; this describes the front of club racing and entry-level professional-am competition, where drivers are typically quick and often self-funded but racing among rather than consistently against full professionals. Webb's record consists of a single start in the 2019 SKUSA SuperNationals, where he finished twenty-fourth; he recorded no wins or podiums in his documented racing.[1]

The single race places him against a field that included several drivers of considerably higher standing. He finished ahead of Patrick Woods-Toth, who would go on to win the 2023 US F4 championship and the 2024 Formula Regional Americas championship; Travis Wiley; Austin McCusker, an FIA Silver graded driver and 2019 IMSA Prototype Challenge LMP3 champion; and Alex Bertagnoli, champion of the 2023 SCCA Majors SMX. These isolated results offer little insight into Webb's true level, given the limited sample, but they show he encountered established drivers in that single outing.

Webb has since retired from motorsport racing. His competitive history spans 2017 to 2019, during which time he appears to have raced in karting at the Australian national level before his appearance at the SuperNationals.
