Andreas Simon is a club-level driver racing in national German endurance championships. He competes in multiclass grids at the Nürburgring, driving a BMW M240i Racing car in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and the Nürburgring 24 Hours, where he shares the car with co-drivers as part of Breakell Racing's effort. His racing spans three seasons from 2023 to date.[1]

Across eight starts, Simon has taken one podium finish in the Langstrecken-Serie. He has raced regularly against Sven Markert, a four-time BMW M240i class champion in the Langstrecken-Serie, and typically finishes behind him; against John Van Der Sanden, a competitive amateur with 14 starts in the series, Simon has proved closely matched. He has beaten entry-level professionals including Chad Gilsinger, an IMSA Pilot Challenge regular, and Ravi Ramyead, a British GT driver, once each.[2]

In a mixed amateur and professional field, Simon sits among the club and semi-professional regulars. Breakell Racing, the team fielding him for the 24-hour races, has won twice across its season-long campaign and brought in entry-level professional Martin Rich among its 23 drivers across the index. Simon continues racing in the 2026 Nürburgring 24 Hours, which is still in progress.
