He races a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup of the 992 generation in the Pro class for MOMENTOP FMS Motorsport x RGB Racing. He holds an FIA Bronze grading, the amateur classification in endurance and GT racing.[1]
Benitez raced for three seasons from 2022 to 2024, with nine starts across International GT and Porsche Carrera Cup NA. He took one podium finish in International GT, where he raced a 4.0-litre Porsche 911 GT3 Cup in the GT4.0 class alongside graded professionals and semi-professional competitors. His most substantial campaign came in 2024 in Porsche Carrera Cup NA, where he started in seven of the season's rounds and finished sixteenth in the championship standings.[2]
Among the Pro class regulars in Carrera Cup, Benitez typically finished behind more experienced Silver-graded professionals such as Elias De La Torre and Dan Clarke, an established competitor with 22 starts in the series and a 2022 PCA Club Racing GTC7 title.
