Bex Cranston is an active driver in the early stages of a single-seater career, competing across two seasons from 2025 to 2026 with a Racer Rating of 2,647. The driver showed strong form in 2025 in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series, winning four races and collecting ten podiums across fifteen starts to establish a competitive presence at that level. The step up to USF Juniors in 2026 has proven more challenging; Cranston competed in ten rounds without reaching the podium, finishing eighth in the championship and averaging a fifth-place finish across the season.[1]

Cranston's record against regular rivals in the Lucas Oil series shows mixed results against a relatively consistent peer group. The driver finished ahead of Cam Becker, a one-time champion, in seven of fifteen shared races, though Becker held the edge over the full head-to-head. Against Valentino Garbarino, the head-to-head was nearly even at eight wins to seven. More tellingly, Cranston established a clear advantage over Danny O'Gara, finishing ahead in ten of their fifteen encounters. However, the move to USF Juniors exposed a wider performance gap; Cranston managed only three wins against stronger rivals Cole Medeiros and Karol Pasiewicz across ten races each, with both outpacing the driver more often than not.

The 2026 season reflects a driver still developing against stiffer competition. Cranston recorded isolated victories over Edward Kennedy and Victor Couto, both stronger drivers by rating, but these were occasional results rather than patterns of consistency. The current trajectory suggests a driver working through the progression of junior single-seater racing; the pace found in 2025 has not transferred cleanly to the USF Juniors grid, where the field includes multiple competitors rated substantially higher.
