Brian Keck is a club-level driver; his rating of 2,734 places him in the competitive amateur band, meaning he competed in club and regional racing without establishing himself as a consistent front-runner even at that level. Over eight seasons from 2008 to 2018, he made nine starts in the SKUSA SuperNationals, a series that drew him repeatedly against drivers ranging from club racers to established professionals. He never won a race or finished on a podium across his recorded career.[1]

His typical result was eleventh place. Against his most frequent rivals, drivers rated in the semi-professional to professional range, Keck's head-to-head record was decidedly negative; he finished behind Tyler Bennett in three of five shared races, behind Matt Jaskol in three of four, and failed to beat Billy Musgrave, Jake French, or Joey Wimsett in any of their four meetings with each other.
