Bianca Bustamante is a competitive amateur single-seater racer from the Philippines, currently racing in GB3 for Elite Motorsport. She has spent four seasons in indexed racing across British and Italian Formula 4, W Series, F1 Academy and her present series, competing in national and international grids that mix amateurs with graded professionals.[1]

Her record spans 68 starts with 2 wins and 5 podiums. She took both wins in F1 Academy during 2023 and 2024 while driving for ART Grand Prix, where she accumulated five podiums across 33 starts in that multiclass series; she also raced across F1 Academy's three classes. Her other significant campaign came in 2025, when she began her tenure with Elite Motorsport in GB3, taking 22 starts in that British single-class championship. Earlier indexed appearances included 6 starts in W Series in 2022 and brief spells in Italian and British Formula 4.[2]

Bustamante regularly races against entry-level professionals including 2024 F1 Academy champion Abbi Pulling and fellow regular Nerea Martí, both of whom she typically finishes behind. She has beaten established and professional-level drivers in isolated races, including experienced Formula 3 competitor Ernesto Rivera once and Italian F4 campaigner Alex Powell once. Elite Motorsport, her current team, has fielded 35 drivers across the indexed series and fielded professional-tier talent including McKenzy Cresswell.
