🏳️ Brad Kitchen

Brad Kitchen races single-driver solo sprint racing in national amateur and semi-professional multiclass championships, competing primarily in SCCA Regionals since 2022 and holding an amateur-level rating of 1,097. He races spec Mazda Miatas in the SM and SMT classes, and production-based cars in ITA, across fields that routinely include graded professionals alongside club-level competitors.[1]

Kitchen has made 81 starts across seven seasons from 2014 to 2026, taking 15 podiums. His early activity came in NASA's Spec Miata class in 2014 and 2015, and he returned to organised racing with SCCA Regionals in 2022. That series has been his primary focus since, with two additional SCCA Majors starts in 2025. In the 2026 SCCA Regionals season still underway, he sits 74th in the championship standings with two podiums from the first ten rounds.[2]

Kitchen finishes regularly behind Harley Scuffil, a competitive amateur with 61 SCCA Regionals starts, and runs closely matched against Dan Kite, a developing driver with comparable experience across SCCA Regionals, NASA and SCCA Majors. He has beaten entry-level professionals on occasion; he finished ahead of Bobby Gossett, the 2026 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup champion, once in their meetings, and ahead of Max Schweid, who races SCCA Regionals and TGRNA GR Cup North America, once as well.
