Christian McIntyre is a developing-level driver, rated 541; this describes club and regional racing, typically at the back of competitive fields, and in his case, a brief career of only ten starts across three seasons from 2009 to 2011 in NASA competition. He recorded no wins or podiums in that time and finished on average in tenth place when classified, though his final two races in 2011 saw him classified 131st, suggesting a steep decline toward the end of his involvement.[1]

McIntyre's head-to-head record against the established drivers in his field was heavily weighted against him. He finished behind Skip Bennett, Rick Mariani and Carter Hunt in five or six races each against each opponent, and behind Robert Grace, the four-time NASA Spec E30 champion, in five of seven meetings; he beat Grace twice but this was outweighed by his losses. His two wins against Brandon Hey and occasional results ahead of other club-level competitors represent isolated moments rather than a consistent pattern of competitiveness. The calibre of his rivals confirms his position at the bottom end of the field: most were semi-professional or club-level drivers, and those he faced repeatedly were substantially stronger.

McIntyre has been retired from motorsport since 2011 and does not appear to have returned to racing.
