Cole Mathewson is a competitive amateur, rated 2,421; this level describes club and regional racing, where drivers compete consistently but typically without the full-time professional infrastructure of higher categories. His record spans nine years from 2006 to 2015, though it comprises only four starts in the SKUSA SuperNationals, yielding no wins or podiums. He finished on average in 24th place across all classified races.[1]
Despite the modest win record, Mathewson's results show moments of competitiveness against stronger fields. He beat semi-professional drivers Rodrigo Fonseca and Victor Carbone once each, and finished ahead of Derek Crockett twice and Jamie Wilson once. These results remain isolated instances within a limited sample rather than a consistent pattern, reflecting the nature of occasional competition at the SuperNationals level. Mathewson has since retired from active racing.
