Curtis Baldwin was a developing driver competing in multiclass amateur and semi-professional racing in the United States. He raced primarily in NASA, a national championship mixing fifteen classes of closed-wheel cars from production-based machinery to unlimited-specification single-seaters, logging 30 starts there between 2015 and 2024. He also made four endurance starts in American Endurance Racing, a multiclass series in which Class 2 drivers shared production-based cars across events in the United States and Canada.[1]
Baldwin won once in NASA and took two podiums across his nine seasons of racing. His most recent full season was 2024, when he finished 15th in the NASA championship standings over four rounds. He regularly raced against Brian Faessler, a competitive amateur with thirty NASA starts and twenty-five in American Endurance Racing, though Baldwin typically finished behind him; he also faced Michael Bagnoli, a club-level driver, in similar circumstances. The single win over Faessler and two finishes ahead of Michael Merritt, a club-level driver who had contested Porsche Carrera Cup NA, International GT and a handful of NASA rounds, represent his clearest results against the drivers he met in regular competition.[2]
