David Palmer competed in club and endurance racing during a two-season career spanning 2023 and 2024. His Racer Rating of 1,185 places him in the developing category; this is club-level racing, where he competed against amateurs and competitive enthusiasts rather than established professionals. Across 16 starts he recorded 3 wins and 7 podiums, finishing on average in third place. His primary series was PCA Club Racing, where he competed in 14 starts and won twice, and he also made two appearances in American Endurance Racing, winning once.[1]

Palmer's head-to-head record reveals a mixed competitive picture. Against David Keller, a developing-level driver, Palmer won decisively across six shared races. He achieved split results against rivals of comparable standard such as Chris DeGRACE and Tim Lambie, winning and losing evenly.
