Jon Schrage raced in a professional multiclass endurance series, piloting production-based cars in shared-driver competition in American Endurance Racing. His record spans two seasons from 2015 to 2017, with three starts across the series' Class 1 and Class Sebring categories.[1]
Schrage won once in American Endurance Racing and finished on the podium in two of his three starts. His best finish in the series' championship standings came in 2017, when he placed 13th across the season's rounds. In head-to-head racing against Fabian Berger, a regular club-level competitor in the same series with 45 starts there, Schrage typically finished ahead. He also outfinished Sandro Espinosa, a semi-professional with extensive NASA and BMW CCA experience alongside 14 American Endurance Racing starts, on at least one occasion, and Eric Pennington, a competitive amateur who has competed in NASA and American Endurance Racing.[2]
