🏳️ Fabian Berger

Fabian Berger is a club-level driver who raced in American Endurance Racing, a multiclass endurance championship where production-based cars from multiple classes share the track. He competed across eight seasons from 2015 to 2022, driving in Classes 1, 2 and 3. He accumulated four wins and seventeen podiums over forty-five starts before retiring.[1]

Berger's record came primarily in the mid-field of the endurance field. He finished thirteenth in the final championship standings in 2022, his last active year, taking one win and both his podiums from two rounds. His most productive period was spread across the eight seasons; he was a regular competitor against drivers at similar ability, matching pace consistently with fellow club and semi-professional entrants including multiple-time American Endurance Racing champions.[2]

The field he raced in included professional drivers graded by the FIA and multiple national champions. Berger finished ahead of Misha Goikhberg, a professional with extensive IMSA WeatherTech experience, and Steven Thomas, an FIA Bronze-graded professional with championship credentials in international GT racing. These were isolated results rather than patterns of dominance, occurring once each against much stronger opposition.
