David Peterman is a competitive amateur racer competing in American club racing and national-level endurance championships. He drives Porsches in PCA Club Racing across multiple classes and, since 2023, has raced GT4 cars in the Am class of GT4 America for NOLASPORT, a team that fields professional drivers alongside amateurs. He holds an FIA Bronze rating, which places him among amateur and gentleman drivers in sportscar racing.[1]

Peterman has 61 starts across eight seasons of indexed racing from 2017 to the present. In PCA Club Racing, where he has competed most frequently, he has taken 46 starts with one win and nine podiums. His two podiums in GT4 America came over 15 starts in that multiclass endurance series, where each race involves driver changes and fields mixing amateurs with established professionals. His current 2026 season in PCA Club Racing has yielded one win and two podiums from seven rounds raced so far, placing him twelfth in the championship standings with more racing still to come.[2]

Against the drivers he meets regularly, Peterman typically finishes ahead of club-level opposition; Russel Martorana, who has accumulated 72 starts in PCA Club Racing, is a familiar rival whom Peterman usually beats. He usually finishes behind Angus Rogers, a 2023 PCA Club Racing GTB1 champion with nearly 150 multiclass starts and experience in two other professional endurance series. Peterman has finished ahead of Austin Krainz, an FIA Silver professional and 2026 IMSA Pilot Challenge GS champion, on six occasions across their meetings in GT4 America and PCA Club Racing.
