Garrett Higgins is a semi-professional racing in the World Racing League, a national multiclass endurance championship where GTO-class GT4 cars and admissible stock-car machinery share the track with faster prototypes and GT3 entries. He races for TCB Racing and drives a GTO-class car. His first indexed season, 2026, is still in progress; he has taken one win and one podium from five rounds so far and currently sits 13th in the championship standings.[1]
Higgins has finished ahead of Victor Franzoni, a professional who won the 2017 Pro Mazda Championship and has raced Indy NXT and Formula Regional Americas, twice in their head-to-head meetings. He also beat Nick Persing, a professional with 36 Lamborghini Super Trofeo starts and 30 in Formula Regional Americas. Most of his racing has come against Hannah Grisham, the 2026 World Racing League GTO National and East champion, and Sarah Montgomery, an entry-level professional with 23 Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup starts; he typically finishes behind both. TCB Racing, his team, has fielded eight drivers across the index and counts semi-professional Laura Hayes among its regulars.[2]
