Michele Abbate is an entry-level professional racing in American national single-class and multiclass motorsports. She competes in Trans-Am TA2, where she drives a tube-frame V8 silhouette car, and in the World Racing League's endurance GTO class for AE Victory Racing, sharing a GT4-based car with co-drivers over distance races. Her racing record spans seven seasons from 2019 to the present.[1]

Abbate's breakthrough has come in the World Racing League in 2026, where she has taken three wins and four podiums from four rounds raced so far in her first season there. Her earlier career was built in Trans-Am TA2 across five seasons from 2019 to 2024, a series she continues in; she also made a single NASCAR Truck start in 2021. The jump to endurance racing at AE Victory Racing, an established team that has fielded multiple drivers and accumulated nine race wins across the index, marks a significant step in her career.[2]

In Trans-Am TA2, Abbate races regularly against entry-level professionals including Barry Boes, a two-time SCCA Majors GT2 champion with over 50 starts in the series, and Rafa Matos, the 2021 and 2024 Trans-Am TA2 champion with extensive experience across multiple racing formats; she typically finishes behind both. She has finished ahead of established professionals Daniel Suarez, who raced 337 NASCAR Cup Series events, and Carson Kvapil, a driver with 66 Xfinity starts, though these remain occasional results rather than a pattern. The dominant endurance win at Daytona with Hayes, Carter and Mott marked AE Victory Racing's performance as her entry point to professional-level distance racing.
