Garth Walden is a professional endurance racing driver from Australia racing GT3 and LMP3 cars in multiclass championships. He holds an FIA Bronze grade, the amateur category within endurance and sportscar racing. His primary team is GWR Australia in the Bathurst 12 Hour, where he also raced for RLR M Sport in the Road to Le Mans.[1]

Walden has raced five times across three series since 2024. He took victory in the Bathurst 12 Hour in one of his two starts there and added a second podium finish in the same event. His other appearances came in the 24H Series GT3 class and the Road to Le Mans LMP3 class with RLR M Sport, a team that runs established professionals including Patrick Pilet among its roster. In that span he finished ahead of Jesse Love, an ARCA Menards Series champion with nearly 200 starts in American stock car racing, and Ben Green, a Platinum-graded professional with extensive GT World Challenge and DTM experience.[2]

Walden races within fields mixing amateur and semi-professional drivers with graded professionals in the same race. His record of a podium in two Bathurst 12 Hour starts places him among the stronger finishers in that event's PAM class, though his overall starts remain limited to assess a full picture of his standing in these multiclass grids.
