Glenn Sherwood is a semi-professional racing driver who competed in multiclass endurance racing. He raced in the 24H Series, a championship mixing amateur and professional drivers across multiple classes on a shared grid that ran through thirteen countries. Driving an Audi R8 LMS GT4 for Fox Motorsport, Sherwood completed two starts in the GT4 class between 2018 and 2019.[1]
His racing record consists of one win and one additional podium finish from those two starts. In 2019, his final season of racing, he finished fourteenth in the 24H Series championship standings.[2]
Sherwood's competition included professionals with substantial international experience. He finished ahead of Gabriele Piana, a FIA Silver-graded professional with sixty starts in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and additional experience in GT World Challenge Europe, and of Ryan Ratcliffe, an entry-level professional who had raced in the same series. Fox Motorsport fielded competitive machinery across its programme, with the team's strongest driver, Ben Clucas, reaching professional level.
