Ivan Jacoma is an entry-level professional racing in multiclass endurance championships across Germany and internationally. FIA Bronze-graded, he competes primarily in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie in Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport and GT4 machinery, and has raced the Nürburgring 24 Hours and the 24H Series in similar classes and in Porsche 911 GT3 Cup cars. His main team is Schmickler Performance powered by Ravenol.[1]
Over a career spanning 1999 to the present, Jacoma has taken four Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie championships: in 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2022. He has 80 starts in that series with 33 wins and 56 podiums. In the Nürburgring 24 Hours he has won twice from four starts and taken two podiums. His 24H Series record stands at one win and four podiums from nine starts across the multiclass field. He raced the FIA GT Championship in 2005 and briefly in 1999, the latter in a shared car with Ebimotors.[2]
Jacoma typically finishes ahead of regular opponents such as the Bronze-graded semi-professional Rüdiger Schicht and the club-level Bertin Sing. He has finished ahead of established professionals including the Platinum-graded Kamui Kobayashi, the 2021 WEC Hypercar champion and former Formula 1 driver, on two occasions.
