James Walker is a British racing driver whose professional career comprised a single season in the Star Mazda Championship during 2003. His sole recorded start came that year, when he finished twenty-seventh; he did not score a podium finish or win. His Racer Rating of 2,724 places him in the competitive amateur band, the level of quick drivers racing primarily in club and regional competitions.[1]

Walker's limited track record offers little on which to assess his capabilities. In his one outing against a national-level field, he finished ahead of Tom Nastasi, a driver of semi-professional standing, but a single result cannot establish a pattern of comparative strength. With only one race recorded across his entire career, Walker's retirement leaves minimal evidence of what might have been achieved had his racing continued beyond that initial season.[2]
