Jackson Diehl is a club-level racer competing in SCCA Majors and the SCCA Runoffs, solo sprint racing in single-design Spec Racer Ford sports cars. He is in his second season of indexed racing, with 14 starts in SCCA Majors and 2 in the Runoffs across 2025 and 2026.[1]
Diehl has taken one win and three podiums from his 16 starts to date. His win came in SCCA Majors; he has also posted a podium at the Runoffs, which remained on the board after the first round of the 2026 season. In SCCA Majors he has finished ahead of entry-level professional Brian Schofield on three occasions, including at least once in the 2026 season. He has also beaten Evan Slater, a driver with 22 Trans-Am TA2 starts and 18 SCCA Majors entries, once in single-seaters.[2]
Diehl races in fields mixing amateurs, semi-professionals and graded professionals in the same multiclass races. Against his regular opponents he runs ahead of competitive amateur Tom Burt but typically finishes behind Schofield, whose 58 SCCA Majors starts and entry-level professional standing make him the stronger competitor.
